Mario Juarez
Executive Director
Mario, with nearly 30 years of experience in Foreign Direct Investment, Industrial Development and exports for all levels of government in Mexico (federal, state, and municipal) stands as a seasoned pillar for the team.
He served 14 years as Deputy Secretary of Economic Development for the State Government of Baja California and has been President and Director of numerous Economic Development Corporations.
He also worked 5 years in PROMEXICO both in Mexico and the USA and has experience in the private sector for companies in different fields: Construction, Glass, Solar, among others. His experience reflects his profound commitment to economic progress.
Emmanuel Sauceda
FDI Executive
Emmanuel, a dynamic FDI Executive, is an International Business Graduate who brings +5 years of specialized experience in Industrial Development and Government Relations.
His extensive involvement in Real Estate Development and his role in attracting Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain development projects across multiple Economic Development Corporations at municipal and state levels, showcase his diverse skill set and innovative approach.

Laura Duarte
FDI Executive
Laura, an FDI Executive with a global perspective, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with a Minor in International Political Economy and Corporate Diplomacy.
Her international exposure, rooted in her origins from Ciudad Juárez, enriches her approach to foreign direct investment and global corporate strategies.
Luza Fernandez
Membership Administrator
Luza has a 15-year track record in market intelligence, campaign communication plans, and market diffusion.
Her experience spans non-profit organizations and the private sector, complemented by her Marketing Bachelor and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Development.
Luza provides a strategic and innovative approach to our membership.
